 You may use Linda's Art work for web sets, sigs and Tags, but these guidelines must be followed exactly. Unauthorized reproduction of any of Linda's work is not tolerated. We will pursue all and any situations and press charges of Copyright Infringement to the fullest extent.
These are the guidelines
Acknowledgement.
* Please give clearly seen acknowledgment on each work, and/or each page that Linda's art work is on, by placing © LindaMHeller and provide a clickable link to the home page of this site. * There can be no other copyright but Linda's on these
images. If you tube or make tags from her work you must make
sure the copy right can be clearly seen. Editing the image. *You may edit the image, by cropping, feathering and resizing, but please don't distort the shape of the figures or the color. * You may add sparkles, glitter, animation and use it for, tuts, and tags. You may do this for yourself and others as long as no fees are involved and again....copyright is clearly seen and given. * Do not add X rated images or animations, nor animate them to do X rated things.
*Please do not "hot link" to an image or "copy and paste" the images to your site. Save them to your hard drive and upload from there. Hot linking or copying and pasting will cause unnecessary use of the bandwidth. DO NOT POST THESE GUIDELINES ON YOUR SITE. Do to various sites and people taking advantage of Linda's work in different ways, these guidelines are getting longer and changing all the time. It is best to post a link to the site. * DO NOT SELL LINDA'S WORK IN ANY WAY. All images are used for your own personal use and not for sale in anyway for any thing. Nor will they be used for advertising something for sale. That also means they CANNOT be printed out on anything and sold to raise money for your "non-profit" organization. (sorry to be so blunt but it has happened too many times) *DO NOT USE LINDA'S WORK TO PROMOTE HATE,
VIOLENCE OR NON - TOLERANCE. Her work can not be used for groups that promote
hate or violence. Nor can it be used for, or
with, political or religious propaganda.
